Paypal

When will I be charged?

Once the incoming payment is registered with us, your order will be processed. PayPal payments are usually confirmed within a few minutes.

What sort of payment confrimation will I receive?

If you are paying via PayPal, you will receive an order confirmation which also contains the link to your PayPal payment. If for some reason, the payment process is interrupted, this link offers you the chance to reprocess your payment with PayPal. However, please note that after three hours, payment via PayPal is no longer possible.

Can I pay by PayPal without creating an account?

You also have the option to pay via PayPal, and can do so, without even creating a PayPal customer account. In order to do this, select PayPal as your preferred payment method during checkout, and at the end of the ordering process you will be directed to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user data and confirm the payment. However if you are new to PayPal and would prefer not to create an account, then simply select the option ‘Don’t have a PayPal account?’ (highlighted below) and you can confirm the payment as a PayPal guest.

What happens if I make a return?

If you send goods back, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account. You can then choose if you want to use the funds through your PayPal account directly, or wish to transfer the amount back to your bank or credit card account. We have no control over this, but you can manage it directly using your PayPal account.

Which cards do you accept?

A you can easily and securely pay by card. We accept Mastercard, Visa,  Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron and Visa Debit cards.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will not be charged until we start construct your product. If you send goods back, the amount will be credited back to your card account.

Are my card details safe?

For your convenience, your payment details will be saved on our encrypted server. You can delete your card details after you have placed your order by logging in to your account and clicking on ‘My Payment Methods’. Select ‘Delete credit card’ to remove your payment details from our database.

Payment on delivery

We accept payment on delivery for orders inside Greece.

Data that we collect

We may collect various information if you seek to place an order for a product to us on the Site.

We collect, store and process your data for processing your purchase on the Site and any possible later claims, and to provide you with our services. We may collect your title, name, gender, email address, postal address, delivery address (if different), telephone number, mobile number, fax number, payment details, payment card details or bank account details.

We will use the information you provide to enable us to process your orders and to provide you with the services and information offered through our website and which you request. Further, we will use the information you provide to administer your account with us; verify and carry out financial transactions in relation to payments you make online; audit the downloading of data from our website; improve the layout and/or content of the pages of our website and customise them for users; identify visitors on our website; carry out research on our users’ demographics; send you information we think you may find useful or which you have requested from us, including information about our products and services, provided you have indicated that you have not objected to being contacted for these purposes. Subject to obtaining your consent we may contact you by email with details of other products and services. If you prefer not to receive any marketing communications from us, you can opt out at any time.

We may pass your name and address on to a third party in order to make delivery of the product to you (for example to our courier or supplier).

Payments that you make through the Site will be processed by Haute Acorn’s agent. You must only submit to us or our Agent or the Site information which is accurate and not misleading and you must keep it up to date and inform us of changes.

Your actual order details may be stored with us but for security reasons cannot be retrieved directly by us. However, you may access this information by logging into your account on the Site. Here you can view the details of your orders that have been completed, those which are open and those which are shortly to be dispatched and administer your address details, bank details and any newsletter to which you may have subscribed. You undertake to treat the personal access data confidentially and not make it available to unauthorised third parties. We cannot assume any liability for misuse of passwords unless this misuse is our fault.

We shall not share any of your personal information with third parties located outside the European Economic Area.

Other uses of your personal information

We may use your personal information for opinion and market research. Your details are anonymous and will only be used for statistical purposes. You can choose to opt out of this at any time. Any answers to surveys or opinion polls Haute Acorn may ask you to complete will not be forwarded on to third parties. Disclosing your email address is only necessary if you would like to take part in competitions. We save the answers to our surveys separately from your email address..

We may further anonymise data about users of the Site generally and use it for various purposes, including ascertaining the general location of the users and usage of certain aspects of the Site or a link contained in an email to those registered to receive them, and supplying that anonymised data to third parties such as publishers. However, that anonymised data will not be capable of identifying you personally.

Returns

Differentiation

As fur is a natural product it is possible in some cases the colour of the photo to be little bit different from the natural product and also be different form screen to screen (for example a pad screen and a computer screen), we are not responsible if you misunderstood the colour of the fur product.

Intelectual property

This Website also contains links to other websites which are not operated by us (the “Linked Sites”).  Haute acorn has no control over the Linked Sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Your use of the Linked Sites will be subject to the terms of use and service contained within each such site.

You may store, print, and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute, or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.

Descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Shipping costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
Payment
 Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

Most of our products are made to order as you can see on the description of each product. When we recieve the payment we start making the product, the time we need to sew the fur varies and it is written in the description of the product.

Variation

Haute acorn shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the Services and/or any page of this Website.

Agreement

The above Terms of Service (including the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Haute acorn.

General

Ypu are forbiden to link any virus and harmful content to Haute acorn.

Because of the sometimes complex nature of our suppliers’ supply chain, it is not always possible to monitor and control the conditions of each individual involved in the production of our products.
