September is like this: Where every week is fashion week.

New York fashion week ended some days ago and passed the baton to London, creative shows, unforgettable concepts, a-list models, and top designers of the world inspired us with their collections. Denis Basso, Marc Jacobs, and Tom Ford are some of the maestros that gave us ”fur” for thought, check below what we liked most!

Designers are making their way home from Samantha Cameron’s party to sleep for the first time in days as London Fashion Week comes to a close, and editors are considering what they’ll remember from a sightseeing tour of the city that brought them all over the place. In general: It was a week of individualism, British humor, prettiness, and emotional surprises despite the traffic and torrential rain in London.

Dennis Basso

The most inspiring collection of last week (just our opinion), simplicity on make-up, and the most luxurious fabrics – Dennis Basso used his New York Fashion Week show on Tuesday to conjure his vision of the modern globetrotting woman.

Dennis, best known for his couture fur designs, told Daily Mail that his Spring-Summer 2017 collection drew inspiration from the ‘great voyagers of our time’ – including Jackie Kennedy, Angelina Jolie, and the Duchess of Windsor.

Ashley Graham Lingerie Collection

The plus-size icon took to the New York catwalk for Canadian retailer Addition Elle, showcasing her new line of slinky bedwear and bras alongside a host of other curvy models.

Each model wore tousled, textured hair with a touch of red eye shadow applied below the lower lid. Some outfits were paired with fur accents or flowing silken robes.

Rebecca Minkoff

in recent months, fashion has taken to the streets on more than one occasion. It walked Cuba’s Paseo del Prado. It glided over the water of Rome’s Trevi Fountain. On Saturday, September 10 at noon EST, occurred across downtown Manhattan’s Greene Street.

Among the cool-yet-relatively-relatable models at yesterday’s sidewalk catwalk, the designer invited bloggers and influencers to walk in her fall ’16 show, among them Shea Marie and  Caroline Vreeland.

Minkoff tethered the collection chicly to New York with great outerwear, which included an oil-skin anorak with multicolor fur lining and strong moto looks, one of the brand’s signatures, and again the idea of traveling is the new luxury was the main theme of Rebecca’s collection!

Marc Jacobs

”All who cry “cultural appropriation” or whatever nonsense about any race of skin color wearing their hair in a particular style or manner – funny how you don’t criticize women of color for straightening their hair. I respect and am inspired by people and how they look. I don’t see color or race- I see people. I’m sorry to read that so many people are so narrow-minded…Love is the answer. Appreciation of all and inspiration from anywhere is a beautiful thing. Think about it.”  This was the response of Marc Jacobs to the flurry of articles calling the brand out for cultural appropriation.
